Hey Andy,
Just a quick note to thank you for your work on my Jazz Bass. It's a different beast, it just feels 'right' now! The string balance is much better, it plays like butter where before it felt like you were having to coax stuff out of it. The action is spot on. All in all it feels great and just makes me wanna play! Thanks again mate, you're a star!

The modifications have made a world of difference and have improved the sound and playability greatly. 
Action is good - nice and low - it stays in tune(!) and the sound is nice and crisp.
It's true that a professional setup is required to get the best sounds out of a guitar. Cheers.

Well, you've done it again!! Your workmanship is second to none. Both guitars play amazingly. Thank you. I really am very impressed with the work that you do, and I never worry about leaving my guitars with you. To be honest I really didn't think it was possible to get the neck so straight and the strings so low on a classical guitar. It plays WONDERFUL!!!!!!

I would just like to convey my appreciation for the truly excellent job you have done setting up my USA Standard Strat.

I knew this guitar had the makings of being great when I purchased it second hand and thanks to your craftsmanship you have created an instrument that I know I am going to enjoy for years to come. The neck is like new but actually better, because the new ones aren't as good as this!
 
I'm also very impressed with your attention to detail, including your comprehensive explanation of work carried out. I will definitely use your services again and highly recommend you. The whole process has been a pleasure.

Just to say thanks for my bass setup, it is playing really nicely now ... loving the lower action!

I’m really pleased, especially considering other technicians wanted £80+ for probably a lower quality job.

When I’ve got some more cash, I’ll bring my battered old Telecaster copy for a look (that needs a bit more than a setup I think) ... either way, I’ll definitely be back!

Hi Andy, sorry for the late reply! Thanks for your help. I think that it might be the neck as it's quite thick (I'm used to vintage narrow tele necks in general. I'll keep playing it and hopefully I will get used to it. Your work on the tele was fantastic. I'm really grateful.

Just dropping by to say thanks for the great job you did on my Strat. Those Lace Sensor pickups sound astonishing, and the way you have set the guitar up is spot on. The Elixir strings finish the whole thing off beautifully - I think I have finally found That Sound.
